Chains - Metastreams API

Every token-scoped path names its chain with a slug: /v1/tokens/{chain}/{address}. Request bodies, query parameters and stream filters use the same slugs.

Every price, market cap and volume on that chain carries a native value in this unit, alongside usd. See Money. Arc pays gas in USDC, so on that chain the two values read alike. Everywhere else native moves against the dollar.

Rules

Slugs are lowercase and exact. The API accepts no aliases (sol, bnb), no numeric chain IDs (56, 8453) and no other casing (Solana). An unknown slug returns UNSUPPORTED_CHAIN, and the message lists every slug the API accepts.
An address must match its chain’s format. A Base58 address on base, for example, returns VALIDATION_ERROR.
